WEBSITE RE-DESIGN
After the amazing experience with my previous employers and clients, it was time to re-think the new look of my website for the remainder of 2021.
As any client would, I had to go through my own process of website design.
This page takes you along the steps of this exercise.
creative brief & requirements
Creative Brief
This step requires introspection. Answering questions such as, what do I like or dislike? Is there any inspirational design I would like to follow? What colours attract me? Who is my audience and more.
Requirements
The previous step helps clarify what requirements will be part of the website. This refers to what is important, needed, or wanted to be included in the design.
Research, planning & Concept development
MOCKUP
Mockups are produced after research based on the first briefing and agreed-on requirements. This provides an idea of the content that the website will need.
WIREFRAMES
Right after, the design of the wireframes begins in order to show the envisioned look and feel of the final product.
design validation & launch
Design validation
The wireframes are used to validate the design with the client and start implementation of the site. There are three rounds of reviews.
Launch
Once the website is implemented in the platform of choice and verified it's time to get it reviewed/approved by the client. After approval, it's time to GO LIVE!
